    LOL crikey you guys are snowflakes in respect to Kristen M. Clarke. No mention that it was way back in 1994 as a young Uni student she penned a letter debating assertions made in a controversial book "The Bell Curve" which made racist assertions including on immigration from Latin America and Africa.

    Since then she has gone on to be an American attorney who is the president of the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law. She previously managed the Civil Rights bureau of the New York Department of Law under Eric Schneiderman. In 2019, Clarke successfully represented Taylor Dumpson, the first Black American woman student body president of American University, in her landmark case against white supremacists. Naturally elements linked to White Supremacist movements would not be happy with her nomination and Joe Bidens political opponents tried to use her student days against her.

    Vox publication state that "the actual conclusion of The Bell Curve is that America should stop trying to improve poor kids’ material living standards because doing so encourages poor, low-IQ women to have more children — you read that correctly. It also concludes that the United States should substantially curtail immigration from Latin America and Africa. These are controversial policy recommendations, not banal observations about psychometrics."

    Kristin Clarkes explanation on Fox News as below;
    "Kristin Clarke said the letter was in response to "The Bell Curve, which was "generating wide acclaim for its racist views." She said her decision to start the letter "with an absurd claim that Black people are superior based on the melanin in their skin" was to "hold up a mirror to reflect how reprehensible the premise of black inferiority was set.""It was meant to express an equally absurd point of view — fighting one ridiculous absurd racist theory with another ridiculous absurd theory," Clarke said, "and the goal was all about [exposing] the ugly racist underpinnings of the Bell Curve theory."
