My understanding of the two prices quoted is that if MQG shares trade at less than $26.60 before the 29th may deadline
they will use 5% discount to the volume weighted average of the 5 trading days prior to that date.
In other words MQG will issue the shares at %26.60 or less.
Am I correct?
