Just googled that and yes, Chinese New Year goes for 16 days.
So, once the dust has settled form that the worker bees will get busy and get the wheels turning again. By the time they are really up and running it will be late March and too close to the end of the quarter so I don't reckon we will hear anything until April. Probably after the close on April 30 when they release the next 4C.
Shortly after that the good news will push the SP down to 3.9.
As always, I hope I'm wrong, but gee whizz, I've been right way more than I should be, because I don't know much.
(and no, I'm not being sarcastic - it actually feels at the moment as though NOTHING is going to happen any time soon to make this fly).
