1. Biotech is a very high risky but very high rewarded business.
1.1> in the way for any biotech stock to be successful, it is unavoidable more and more venture capital has to be attracted and it is necessary to get the new money in.
1.2> no any money to move in without the expectation to make more money.
1.3> in most of time the external share placements is unavoidable
2. The timing to put the money in is very critical and the lucks are factors you could not ignore
2.1> Depending on your vision and insight about PRR and the CVav, you have to be ready to see more shares to be issued to anyone.
2.2> PRR board is fighting to get the CVav into the market. It has no too many room to move around.
2.3> If CVav commercialization needs new capital it has to do whatever it needs.
2.4> If I could say the last words about PRR, I would not care about what the existing shareholders think about. Since if CVav could pass through its last stage and put into the market successfully, everyone who has the PRR shares are winners otherwise everyone is loser!
3. The shareholders could sell or trade for their benefit but the board has only one option to put CVav to go through the Phase III trial!
4. Of course the board should try to protect the interests of the existing shareholders. It has done so such as planing to divest the non-core business.

Now the challenge is not the PRR board but yourself. Would you think it is the good time to move in and wait for the reward? If not, sell. If yes, give the chances to you and PRR both.
