Current buying would suggest its the brokers action not RHE's. As for the share buy back, yes RHE would need to declare any shares purchased by this method ,having a look at their their half year accounts I doubt that they will buy back any shares.
I see alot of unresolved issues needing to be addressed with this stock! RHE needs to make some anouncements to keep the market informed.
1/. Why so many loans to PIM!
2/. Whats happening with the Athena oil well and why organise with ANZ to lift the credit limit on borrowings for this oil well then lend it to PIM?
3/. Before Xmas announce to the market an option to buy the PIM 50% in Zeus within 90 days ...still no announcement 8 months later!
