agree and far play to Ferguson ; he’s done a great job considering past experience , I’ve whinged and spit the dummy a number of times , but
I’ve seen it a number of times in my career ; when someone has held onto a role and bunkered the door; but you know a change of guard is needed..and when that new oiled cog is eventually brought in ; it just spins those gears .

ferguson I salute you .... but man you need to step aside ; your experience within the company and in the DRC is invaluable and you are a vital part of the team, forever you should stay on , but we really need to appoint someone that’s operated at somewhere near Manono resource level ....what’s Clarky up to?
