How can you say utilities are more stable than cash in the bank. For a start you have had significant loss of capital value and substantial cuts in the distribution. I wouldn't call that stable !

I think the price will drop to 80 cents or less.

Duet has just had there capital raising and are trading on 12% right now. Based on that statistic SPN will be trading at 66 cents. I don't think it will but DUE is a much better buy and probably SKI but they haven't released there capital raising details yet.
