Who's not calm? I'm calm but want to be updated by the Company, Triton, not you nor @Amryan! Its the Triton Board and Management who are supposed to be making progress statements via ANN. to the ASX!

Mate...The last announcement was indicative of what it said.

The last ANN was a Quarterly ANN. and is a Listing Compliance obligation! The last Quarterly said nothing to update ShareHolders other than the CEO had quit and now sits on the Triton Board! Is that the voting "control" you refer?

That Jigao were able to forward the completed package to parent company Jinan executive management for review...Jinan feedback was very favourable, just completing negotiations on points that Jinan raised in the December meeting.

We really do not know the facts of the Jigao / Jinan progress, we have not been kept up to date by the Triton Board nor Management

Jinan only have 2 board members, with voting rights to the max of 34.01% with no casting rights.

That means Patrick Burke & Peter Canterbury are well in control, anything that can't be agreed upon will end up in a shareholder vote.

Having the two Board Members you refer (one of whom was the CEO!) does not mean they are ".. well in control.." In fact how can you make a statement like that not knowing anything more than all other ShareHolders!?

Jinan can not exceed their 34% stake without further FIRB approval...So no silent accumulation or cheap takeover.

I'm not sure that is correct. I don't believe Triton (TON) fit the requirement for FIRB approval? I don't think they will need approval for further ownership of Triton?

The shares changing hands is indicative of a heavy, skilled accumulation by someone or one's that probably have a reasonable grasp on financing...The accumulation commenced in November after the Jinan restructure was completed.

I still believe that your statement above is not founded on anything other than your opinion. The shares of TON have been traded daily for years. Why people or organisations are trading in TON only they can answer.

The volume is indicative of someone getting ready for a fat pay day...Perhaps others are not piecing the puzzle together but I'll bet my left family jewel that someone has been hoarding under either HSBC or Citicorp or both via SG Hiscock and we will never know who they are.

Again, there is nothing in the Top 20 or in the Substantial Holding notices to indicate this theory.

The downrampers have not been in overdrive for no reason.

We are still in the Chinese New Year holidays.

This 'excuse', that Management are on holidays, is getting very old!

Peter Canterbury over at DEG still has his 5m shares Ungung...That is not at all indicative of a cheap takeover on the horizon now is it?...Or has he kept them so he can get pennies on them? He is still a non-executive director in the know...He would have cashed out and sailed off into the sunset if he didn't know financing was coming...Peter is licking his lips imo.

Massive assumption on the mindset of our resigned CEO as to what he may or maynot be doing with his shares!

These so called 'Holders' are very much holders! They are shaking this tree like it's their old fella!

Look at the notices Ungung, the daily volumes.
