I wish they would put their Future Retail Developments on hold and pay down their debt a bit more in preparation for higher borrowing costs in 3.7 years time. No-one wants the risk of expansion at this stage, especially when borrowing costs likely to increase in future years. Not worth the risk in the current climate.
Net Assets – per security
2019 $4.46 (SP $3.83) = ~15% discount
2020 $3.63 (SP $2.87) = ~21% discount
When I bought in mid last year, discount to NAV was ~38%. Too good to pass up, but now the proposition isn't that great IMO. Tough to attract new buyers.
