I think renewables Australia is probably directed at geothermal. Solar isnt going to be large scale projects. According to an energy expert I heard last week, there just isnt enough land in Australia to make solar a really viable option as a major source. And apparently it is too expensive. Seems like solar will be smaller scale on-site option as opposed to major grid feed infrastructure due to large scale transmission losses. On-site solar would be more efficient.

I am tipping the Geothermal is in the Renewables Australia mix. But GDY has to get over these issues first.
