16yo Rutherglen Muscat. I buy aged Muscat by the drum and keep it in a 20L oak keg. I buy aged muscat to start with and the small oak gives the wine a wonderful rancio character. My last two shipments have comer from Buller. Most of the wineries at Rutherglen sell bulk muscat but much of it is too young to drink.
