As annoying as it is to see the fed govt give so much money to solar when it has previously gone to such great lengths to let us believe they are not trying to "pick winners"(!!!) in the renewable space, I think it actually has a pretty good silver lining for CNM.

I was a bit worried that solar might have the clout to muscle in on a good proportion of the $435 mill fed grants, but with the solar demonstration facilities now fully catered for (and presumably with geothermal delayed for the moment) there can be very little doubt whatsoever that CNM is a frontrunner to get a big slice of the $435mill pie.
