Maybe the SP is under pressure due to the selling of recently purchased shares in the SPP and holding the options?

Without any further news (HOA, IP, JV)it does make it difficult for a buyer to step in at the moment?

If there is shorting, or skull dugery going on in the background (hypothetically), I would say do so at your own peril if the company ann any of the above (HOA, JV, IP), the shortfall register would overflow and SP firm. (re shortfall, do they even need all the funds? they have enough for Ip +, so is shortfall that important for full amount)

I know that there are funds lined up for ESI SP purchase after more de-risking becomes official.

Simple fact is that when Kos and Co feed the masses and the rest will be history.
