    Totally agree re Jap banks, Jap interest rates. Jap banks don't seem to sell up their borrowers unless they cannot meet repayments. LVR/gearing was academic to Jap bankers during their 15 yr recession.

    I just bought more at 31c, and have another big buy at 28.5c.

    After this Ann - I want more - and big "hafta" sellers may be seeing this as a chance to offload. Win win.
