Apparently it can take a period of time? For example if it takes a week to transfer the shares across to the ASX from the JSX then they need to be able to manipulate the shares on the ASX (driving the price down during that week) to capitalise on the exchange of shares into the asx, once they are exchanged they would drive the price back up on the ASX, hypothetically. Then rinse and repeat? Is that the rough idea? Sounds WAY too risky for my liking haha.
