    Exactly! Whilst I also very much appreciate the dividends that the company pays out, think it makes more sense to retain the funds to build on shareholder value through further acquisitions and development etc. In any case it gives me a good excuse to go out and spend some money. Will be shouting the boys out to a night on the town drinks on Mr Wong
