imo, it's too big for MLX to handle so either a JV with a farm-in and DFS free carry, or an outright sale.
Retaining an optionality similar Nifty and CYM would be nice in theory, but again, it's too big of a project and with development to many years out (10 years), there's not too much value in retaining the optionality.
