Interesting announcement. Good on the surface, but. EBITDA, earnings, cashflow. All good words. Where did it spell out the P word. Yes 2.42 cents. Which, given the number of shares on issue means that the Profit was $3 mill approx. ie 5 % of revenue. A lot of sales for a modest profit IMO. Don't get me wrong, I have been here for a number of years and a supporter, but gee it has been a long road. As far as mediation, well it may not resolve the issue and we may still go to court to get a judge to make a decision. Thus the issue could go on for another year or three because of appeals etc. Nothing is simple or cheap once there are lawyers at 20 paces! Either way I await to "see the cash". If it is eventually resolved for say $30 million then a special div of between 2 and 2.5 cts maybe possible. Without a doubt IMO the shares have always been undervalued, but I am patient while others may not be. JMT GLTAH
