farsight, i actually remember the night that happened....it made for hysterical reading.

i posted this chart over the weekend and noted that commercials were still heavily short. the maximum pain calculator site that i also posted showed huge $$$ on the short side for upcoming opex in the u.s. with strike price of about 860 for the spx.

i also have 860 as major support on my weekly.

i was baffled by this chart on the weekend because i was surprised that the commercials were so obviously short. i'm wondering if we'll see more fun and games (i.e. driving the market down, up and down again) into opex in their attempt to confuse as many as possible.
