Why sell? I find it a funny system that you have to indicate your position and sentiment and I am (at times) struggling which option to select. I understand the rationale behind.
In the case of FPA, I want to reduce my holding to a parcel of approx NZ$10 to 15.000 I am reasonably confident that the FY announcement at the end of this month will provide news, which will lift the share price. I prefer to sell if the sp is closer to my average.
I like the company and intend to be a long-term holder, just not at the level I have invested in now. If you read my previous posts you will see I have been quite open about the mistakes I made by averaging down and buying in a down trend.
