With FDA meeting in 6 weeks...and slight delay on EMA start...
Would not be surprised if the EMA and FDA trials merge as part of one "pivotal" Phase IIB trial...with FDA arm being combination therapy.
Hence, there will be a partner to fund and possibly run the FDA arm.
Just can't see Nuket and George managing all this on their own.
