Dont know but SL green just announced today a share placement with one of its objectives to make aquisitions I would think use of monies from that placement would achieve good arbitrage if invested in RNY given its discount to NAV compared with SLG and RNys involvment in ex RNY assets in the tri state area
1% of RNY though is not a big parcel at current company cap.
