MAH will have pressure on working capital simply because they are in the infrastructure and mining services sector.

State and federal government usually have payment periods of 6 months and most will wait until the last day of that period before payment is made.

In addition, MAH would have agreements on days of payment with its non government customers. I am sure cash flow is tight for almost all businesses and this is why many will choose to wait until the very last minute until payment.

MAH will get paid but is placing pressure on its working capital.
