Question currently about Asian expansion ... Singapore is the base for Asia.... Not just trying to get scale for scale sake... needs to work with core countries... can't detail around timing today. relatively near future..

Matrix transaction, why now? opp to do this now is highly accretive. it's for 35% of their holding to date. exceptional partner. esop was linked to matrix and kicking off in USA. need to collapse usa esop so we are aligned globally and have matrix participate in that... negotiating this outcome is very fortuitous at this time... opp in USA is even bigger then we thought previously...
