Don't know how you can credibly make a "grubby little pay day lender" accusation? Merchant fees, not consumer fees or interest is where the money comes from. APT would prefer everyone to pay on time. To not pay on time means you are kicked off the platform until you cough up. APT would much prefer people to pay on time and become regular users, because it's a merchant funded product not a consumer funded product.
