Re. Can anyone tell me why someone would want to put a sell order in at close, for 20k or 30k at well under the market price ?
Do they have too much money and need to lose some ?
I believe at the end of the trading day the bid offers get reversed so it looks all out of whack. Around 2.15 - 2.30 it goes back to normal.
Not sure why it happens.
