This isn't any old capital raise that can easily be flushed through, it will take time. The volumes being traded now are insignificant in comparison to what will occur once the shares are issued.
CYM looks like a winner in many aspects but I wouldn't expect much until after a decent churn of those newly issued shares are sold.
