HC has a list of down and up rampers as long as your arm and if you wish to be objective you will see the Moderators are equally dutiful in handing out tickets in both cases - to protect shareholders from people who stretch the extremes or invent notions/rumours.
I could name a good 6 of the top of my head, so take up the challenge and you will see we have been bombarded by both categories.
