Well Lex you are both right and wrong - What you say is correct but the company failed to then report to ASX an initial directors holding when Babidge rejoined the company and they omitted to lodge the change in directors holding for Babidge on the ASX in August.
Werdpayer provided the links to the two notices to the NZX but only Hearns was lodged with the ASX Babidge appears to be a reporting oversight - One of the vagaries of joint listed companies
