I think Babidge was only CEO and not a director when he rejoined the company, hence why no initial director holding or change in directors holding notifications on the ASX.
NZX requires these notifications for senior management positions as well as directors, which I think is better as it covers more insider trading. Currently a CEO who isn't a director can buy or sell without the need to disclose it, which is a loophole that i suspect has been abused in the past.
