One concern for me is that almost all the performance/returns of late are from Sydney.
But the company has raised a lot of capital and spent it all over the rest of the country massively diluting returns.
This is one of the reasons they have to keep raising more capital. Now people are hungry for them to chase overseas markets.
I think they need to proceed carefully. Or better explain what is going on.
They have ploughed a lot of capital opening up more and more data halls in M2, but where are the customer's? Where is the corresponding increase in revenue for the Melbourne Region?
