Well, I would not say 100%. How about the cruise ship that was allowed to disembark thousands of passengers unchecked to catch a train home? This caused the only big spike in NSW, second only to Victoria's in Australia.

Then there is the northern beaches outbreak where she refused to make mask wearing in Sydney mandatory - something with no economic disadvantage - and allowed people to leave the lockdown area to go to work. So instead of a dozen cases, we had hundreds all over western Sydney with consequent disruption of business over a wide area.

It is convenient to ignore the facts when you have a political agenda, but it does not alter that they are facts.
