you have misread their forward guidance, their forward guidance is 'subject to Q4'.
Therefore if Q4 doesn't meet guidance, nobody can sue A2M, they have put their 'lawyers get out of jail card' into the guidance.
And the start of Q4 is just several weeks away. Does anyone see the boarders all open to students and international tourists starting in 4 weeks??
No way is Q4 going to be met.
