no the problem is that we have less and less international students on the ground.
For every international student that leaves, there is current nearly no replacement (and international students are constantly leaving as their study finishes, their visa expires (there can be a lag between finishing studies and visa expiry depending on the course studied).

I know this part, because some of my businesses rely on international students as workers, and its becoming tougher and tougher to find replacements (locals don't want to do the work).

As for the second tire: international tourists: well there aren't any, and nor will there be any until hopefully early next year.
