Every project is ‘nothing but thin air’ until they’re developed, should they be worth nothing? Helpfully there are comps to aid valuation pre production. For this stage market typically values at 30-50% of NPV8.
As others have pointed out - and easy to test for yourself - NPV8 using 99.97% high purity pricing (US$15.5 per tonne which is conservative) is A$2bn. That’s based on 25k p.a. production.
Could easily be 50k p.a. which is A$4bn NPV8.
LKE currently trading at less than 10% of that value as we enter a lithium bull market and commodity supercycle. And with countries on a mad rush to secure their own supply chains.
