A good, but risky, longer term gold speccie is CTO. They have a 10mil Oz reserve but have had some credibility issues because of an inablility to meet targets, and some speculation about how they simply rerated their reseves by going over old data and not doing additio additional drilling. Read up on the relevant threads on HC, there is some real good info to be found (taken with the right pich of salt of course). They are also a bit constrained at the moment in terms of Capital for development as well as for continued operations, hence this mornings SPP announcement.
As I said, a risky and speculative play, but with huge potential upside in the medium to longer term imo.
