I am waiting to get some more cash in a few weeks. I have over-commited on mostly goldies and oil/gas so I would have to sell some of them to buy more of TOE. But I think pretty much the whole market will be hit again, so the decision is do I sell out of all my holding now and buy back in later at some indeterminate time.
I will buy some more TOE around mid teens if I have cash, but I am not willing to make this a significant part of my share portfolio.
TOE is too much of a trader's delight and I do not like to be yanked around. May be I would feel differently if I was a trader.
