I think you missed the point a fair few times and don't think you will ever comprehend it, i will try again though, Cirralto WAS APPROACHED by instos to give him money. Who says the offer was still going to be on the table post merger?? Why would they turn down money that would help immensely when the offer is presented??
I understand you have questions and you are still trying to get in lower, try being level headed about your analysis.
