earth to 300588 - that's been the crux of my concern the whole time. I didn't raise concern with the CR itself, I raised concerns over the timing of the CR in RELATION to the independent report.

if you thought you had a game changing merger in your hands, you'd wait to raise capital AFTER the merger. where I'm sure the offers from institutions would be far and wide.

but AF didn't. so what does that tell you? they weren't strapped for cash. they seized a quick money grab and started giving out shares Oprah style.

clear now? and you call my analysis pathetic. lol.

I will happily buy back in when I know the details of the merger.
