Just becasue the port-rail is going to take 3-5 years does'nt mean MMX's share price won't go up alot more untill that time, for example if a gold mining company discovers in has a massive amount of gold on its tenaments the share price will rocket even if it is going to take 5 years before it can be dug up and sold.
