of course, because I know those having 1.8c, not gonna selling at 1.9. and did I say before PO has no trouble sourcing the money just this morning, so he doesn't have to do SPP, and he wouldn't want to do SPP, otherwise his mates who supported him won't be happy.
alternative, he does the SPP for $1m, and pay 8% brokerage, which way better for holders you think?
He sourced $100k at 2.3, about $180k for options, now another $120k at 1.8, all without fees, do the math, if a normal no connection CEO does the raising, $100k will go to brokers straight.
