Nope, I will stick with my views on Vitol, they will dole out the dollars as they see fit. Companies can do this, and the Swiss are as sharp as anyone. Indeed, the US congress kicked Vitol out of the oil futures market in NY for the speculation they embraced there.

ie: owning or controlling 4m barrels of oil a day, yet tying up 11% of the worlds oil. In fact, Vitol was a prime mover in seeing oil run to $147 a barrel - so how does any thinking person feel about OEL holding its own with them. Indeed, a Clint Eastwood saying comes to mind.

Another story though, and one not for casual NDO punters here, save for an assurance the company and the Philippine authorities were long ago apprised of Vitol's antics. Which by the way, caused bells to ring.
