    Hummmmm??? Just gonna flip the coin here. If Acuity wanted in , why not start accumulating now at 6c and up goes our share price.. secondly, how many times since the last cap raise has the chief said it may be the last one...a month later and they are looking for more $.. Don't get me wrong its not a bad deal but i thought we were now fully funded?
