still good volume going through which is a good sign IMO

i think FMG's strategic alliances will play a big role if FMG decide to have a go at UMC with a bid likely to come from a JV vehicle between FMG and a chinese party...just my thoughts. FMG dont have the spare cash to go it alone, a scrip bid would have to be signifantly higher than a cash bid in this market.

would still like to know where Deephaven's shares went
