Howdy deadlifts. Always nice to hear a fresh opinion. There are a few here with ($6 figure) investments. Couple of friends even have ($7-8 figures), (not this company) but also get frustrated with poor management and lack of direction in some cases.

A proven track record isn't a guarantee for success as we all know, but rather a good indicator. As the saying goes nothing certain in life apart from taxes and death.

The long termers here know that communication has been abysmal and there is no excuse for a public company in lack of reporting. I remember having a meeting with the board of Microsoft Asia some years back on why and how they should use PR in the Asian region, (Microsoft and Adobe were leading the war against software pirating then) and the example we gave was that coca cola is probably the best known drink in the world, yet they release an advert every year. Why? To keep market presence, but also to shape the trend of the company moving forward. Microsoft became more aware of the need to inform and support in order to win out against those illegally selling fake copies.

The key to success of any public company is active public relations and open communications. On a score card out of 10, SE1 are not past 6 based on my experience in the international arena. In fact the world of PR has changed considerably over the last decade with major social media influencing market fundamentals, sales ad marketing and commercial successes Many use twitter and facebook, China with wechat, Asia, whatsapp, Vietnam Zalo and the list goes on...A public company has to be more aware than ever about how to reach out and engage the audience, especially if they are tapping for cash or promoting a product. .

In terms of directors, past and present, we all know leadership changes happen regularly due to changes in company direction, vision and mission revaluing and changes in market conditions which are sometimes unforeseen.

SE1 are in right place and time and yes they have the background experience in kicking goals. BUT and thereupon lies the caveat, no point yelling from the mountains if nobody is listening. They seriously need to pick up communications.
