No one should have 'lost money'.
You only loose if you sell (or the company collapses). The resource is still in the ground, and led by a great management team whom have the skills to convert this.
So patience is the key, it will come back!
As for the poeple who whom 'had to sell' due to loans, or buy a new car or bills etc. Then they should NOT be in the spec end of the market, period!! It is risky down here, but if you do YOUR OWN RESEARCH one can make some serious coin.
