Everyone knows the poor will come. Of course it will.
But whether this thing will make any decent money beyond Bakers Creek is highly sceptical. The brokers/analysts don’t fully price in Hillgrove for a very good reason.
It’s great to be enthusiastic - but some more realistic posts and comments would go along way.
