Well one has to compare to make an assessment. Biden hasn't yet managed to outstrip Trumps missile strikes in April 2017 and April 2018. One year apart almost like an anniversary. Whether one agrees with the decisions on USA military deployment in the Middle East or not the Trump administration still had military and other personnel and Allies in the Middle East and any President would therefore be expected to act when those resources are attacked. Trump did it and now Biden has done it once.
