i am by no means a long term holder buying initially at the LVAD announcement back in 2018 and believed in the science and SI's intelligence.

whilst I may not have as big a paper loss as some, I sit on a 6 figure red number and have begun trading msb to reduce both the loss and and avg. I accept my optimism on the ability to reach p.e on the phase 3 trails was in hindsight not the right decision and wear the responsibility solely.

2020 outcomes have been mixed and money is burning without a sufficient source of revenue to sustain the company. it's difficult to personally remain confident with so many unknowns.

There is the science and then there is business and at the present it looks as though getting accelerated approval in any of the treatment is uncertain and being conservative all three may need further trails in some way which of course means more time and more money.

Whilst it seems practical to be granted acc approval for paediatric AGVHD it is not certain if or when.

Whilst partners for CHF and clbp in the u.s. seems logical again it's not easy to see if or when that may happen either. I say that because as a retail investor I can see the positive in the results and why big pharma should partner up but it's hard to see what is going on in the negotiations. What more information does a partner need to sign for either heart or back?

The unknown is the tricky part for me.

the secondary endpoints for both of those in my layman opinion most definitely warrant partnership and could be argued ph4 trails protocol be initiated.

the reality at this time is no partnerships have been established and no news on FDA pathways disclosed.

Until we hear from S.I. on this we all can do is guess and we risk our money in the mean time.

Msb is still my biggest holding however I disclose I am investing and researching in other entities.

Having personally experienced 2 lumbar surgeries due to disc herniation and the effect of pain and loss of function I would say it's a no brainer to provide a treatment that provides an improvement.

My concerns are with the current operating procedures of the FDA and the beaurocratic minefield that appears to also be in impacted by big pharma and their influence.

If Novartis leave it will send a message to the market they see no value in Ards and rynocil.

I have the opinion that Msb has never looked so uncertain, whilst I hope Msb are working to solving the issues regarding funding, approval and trails I find the waiting like all difficult.

it would be nice to have some answers in the next few months.

My thoughts on the bickering....

I have witnessed it from the beginning of my experience on hot copper and it hasn't really changed. The one constant is the level of negative remarks increases when times appear tough.

I use to bite and take the comments of strangers personal and see most of the pages filled with personal attcks and and back and forths.

Lately I have noticed less informative postd by intelligent and concidered posters. This may be due to those ppl choosing to invest their time and intellect elsewhere, which In itself is of concern as they may be both tired of the nonsense and also looking elsewhere.

Like some who may have become interested in the resurgence of stoicism in the mainstream, I too have been reading and meditating on the philosophy and further the ideas of the ancient Greeks regarding logic, reason and argument.

My pathetic attempt to summarise is the greeks appeared to let an argument stand on its merits. If it has none, as in it is not evidence based, not sound and poorly explained it should fall on deaf ears.

As with stocics like epectitus, he appears to be of the opinion that you can only control what you can and energy wasted on what you can't is a waste of your life.

He said it's your life's purpose to understand that and practice.

Whilst I personally like the for and against opinions of msb and it's future, I can only take on those insight that appear to be form in logic and reason.

Personal and childish bickering are not mine to control or get involved in.

The idea of either side defending novice investors is in my opinion no one's responsibility but their own.

The reply to an insult directed at oneself or the company that is baseless is not to be replied to.

Id imagine most on here who read don't post and are also fustrated in having to spend time scrolling through nonsense.

I quess that to is a lesson in what is in your control and whether to apply effort.
