Investors will always expect to buy units at a market price discount to NAV when the exercise price of options are @ 7.5% discount to NAV.With the falling unit price due to poor performance the discount can be wider.

When the discount to NAV are at more than 7%, the price of options are worthless. I wonder who will exercise the options when it’s cheaper from the market?
I doubt that the restructure will benefit the existing units holders and MFG shareholders.
